Adult Day Service Program The friendly staff at the Council On Aging provides a day program for functionally impaired adults, including persons with Alzheimer’s disease. It allows clients the opportunity to make new friends and to participate in activities. The Center allows families relief time from their care giving responsibilities. Daily activities include the following:
